The ideal candidate understands business processes and recommends enhancements through the application of technologies, systems, and process changes. Process reengineering experience is a must along with the ability to initiate business process analyses and needs assessments in support of corporate strategic initiatives. Other key skills include the ability to develop process documentation, perform analysis, evaluate system options, alternatives, and system capabilities, identify process and system solutions to address major systems needs, and propose recommendations to improve process and systems capabilities.
